ANNETTE GRAY

Annette Gray has practiced law in Wellington since 1987. Annette is a specialist Family Court lawyer and has been appointed as Lawyer for Child in numerous cases and she also accepts Court appointments to represent people in Protection of Personal and Property Rights cases and to assist the Court.

Annette has considerable experience dealing with the Protection of Personal and Property Rights and representing subject persons and those under a disability or lacking capacity. Annette also deals with and advises upon wills and enduring powers of attorney.
Annette is an experienced property lawyer and deals with all kinds of property transactions including conveyancing and family trusts.  

Annette is a fully trained and qualified mediator and is on the New Zealand Law Society’s panel of mediators. Annette is also a Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) mediator contracted to Fairway Resolution Limited, specialising in the resolution of family disputes.

Annette is a regular presenter in her specialist fields at medical-legal-related conferences.

Annette has a particular interest in helping those in need and spent a year working as a lawyer in the Solomon Islands through Volunteer Service Abroad. Annette is also a District Inspector under the Mental Health Act.
